By accessing or using the services provided by Manipur Digital, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service.

1. Scope of Engagement

All custom software development, mobile app projects, and consulting engagements are governed by individual milestone Statements of Work (SOW) executed between the client and Manipur Digital.

2. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment for completed development milestones, all custom intellectual property, application source code, and associated assets become the exclusive property of the client.
